Who are we ?

The 'Association des loueurs non professionnels' (independant renters) was set up in 1992.

It brings together around 200 independant owners. The aim is to offer quick and precise information concerning the description and conditions of renting apartments and chalets. It is for this reason that, as well as having a list of accommodation available upon request at the Tourism office, we have decided to create an internet site.

La Rosière apartments

The majority of the accommodations have been given a classification, from 1 to 4 stars, established using the norms from the Préfecture de la Savoie.

This site has the advantage of being able to quickly visualise the type of dwelling available for any requested week. Following this you have to contact directly the owner to make your booking.
Direct contact with the owner enables you to get precise information on the chosen chalet or apartment.

Renting prices are freely fixed by Owners and can vary depending on the quality, situation and exposition.

For the dwellings situated further away from the centre a free bus is in operation during the season.

As well as the price for the renting of the apartment or chalet, the owner will also ask you to pay the ‘taxe de sejour’ which he will, in turn, pay the 'commune'.
