The ‘Association
des loueurs non professionnels’ (independant renters),
was
set up in 1992
It brings together around 200 independant
owners. The aim is to offer information quickly and precise concerning
the description and conditions of renting apartments and chalets.
It is for this reason that, as well as having a list of people who
rent (available from the tourist office), we have decided to create
an internet site.
La Rosiere apartments
The majoity of the dwellings have been given a classification,
from 1 to 4 stars, established using the norms from the Préfecture
de la Savoie.
This site has the advantage of being able to quickly visualise
the type of dwelling available for any given week. Following this
you can contact directly the owner to make your booking.
The direct contact with the owner enables you to get precise information
on the chosen chalet or apartment.
The prices for renting are fixed ‘freely’ by the owners
and can vary depending on the quality, situation and exposition.
For the dwellings further away from the centre a free bus is in
operation during the season.
As well as the price for the renting of the apartment or chalet,
the owner will also ask you to pay the ‘taxe de sejour’
which he will, in turn, pay the ‘commune’.
